The author, Leigh Thompson, is a Professor of Dispute Resolution and Organizations in the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Northwestern University. She has published more than 130 research articles and book chapters, and has authored 9 books.
I had the honor of taking Thompson’s Leading High Impact Teams class for executives, and am grateful that Making the Team made its way onto my bookshelf. Who would have expected that a full chapter on social capital would show up in a management book?
